 The concept for Jackson's Chicken Shack evolved from another food venture that we had back in New York.  We sold many different types of sandwiches, wraps, and hot foods, but our fresh chicken cutlets and grilled chicken sandwiches were always our top sellers!

We decided to focus on our chicken cutlets and grilled chicken for our next venture.  We wanted to give our customers the opportunity to create their own sandwiches, wraps, or salads the way they would enjoy it the most.  They will be able to choose from a variety of cheeses , assorted  toppings, as well as sauces and dressings. For those of you who wish for us to create your sandwich, wrap or salad, we have a few of our favorite creations that you can choose from our menu. that you're sure to enjoy.
